Another normal day in this blasted château. First, we stumble into a room full of oozes that would make a seaside tavern’s mold problem look pristine. Green slime, gray ooze, black pudding - whole rainbow of ways to die. Then spiders the size of ponies decide to join the party. At least Grok managed to charm a couple of them - woman’s got a way with oversized arachnids, I’ll give her that.
Found a decent haul though. Magical items and enough coin to make a merchant’s eyes water. Hawthorne’s itching to leave this place, can’t blame her. Between the murderous trees and deadly slimes, this mansion’s hospitality leaves something to be desired.
